Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary starting from $65,000 per annum, which reflects the unique opportunities and challenges of this role in Vancouver, Canada. Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Front Desk Manager with all aspects of the Front Desk department, ensuring adherence to service standards and providing friendly and engaging service to guests. You will also handle guest concerns promptly, track and notify relevant areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests. Furthermore, you will complete managerial tasks such as scheduling, payroll, performance management, and coaching, while actively seeking feedback to enhance day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a service-focused personality and previous leadership experience. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is essential, as well as proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders. Strong communication skills, including networking abilities, are necessary for effective collaboration and problem-solving. Additionally, you must be able to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance.
