Lion Guard is seeking an experienced Executive Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will be based in our main office and will report directly to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Develop and implement effective filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Perform special projects as assigned by senior executives

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an executive support role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
