Executive Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Coordinator to join our team at AAREAL STAR DEVELOPMENT INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new materials as needed.
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- Schedule travel arrangements, make reservations, and arrange itineraries for team members.
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and report preparation.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.
- Maintain digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- College diploma or equivalent education in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with digital databases and software applications.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, is also offered.
