About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Process transactions and manage customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities, promoting digital banking solutions and self-service options.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills, sharing expertise with customers to enhance their banking experience.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
