Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, engaging with customers to identify their needs and wants, promoting our quality products and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Ensure our stores are visually appealing, with products presented in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a positive, optimistic individual with a strong customer focus, who is ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning. Ideally, you will have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, and/or Customer Service, although this is not mandatory as we will invest in the right person.
