We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Geo Pallet Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
About the Role- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and colleagues.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely manner, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal performance.
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure error-free content.
- Correspondence and document preparation.
- Reports and records management.
- This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential for accuracy and precision.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits such as 32-40 hours of work per week and permanent employment status.
