Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Quantum Door Company Ltd.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our team members.
Main Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the company's needs and standards.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, preparation of reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as training staff members.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry and report preparation.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Physical demands include sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and occasional lifting of objects up to 25 pounds.
