Organizational Coordinator for Office Efficiency

About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating Events: Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution and follow-up tasks.
- Training and Development: Train and guide colleagues on new procedures and best practices.
- Minute Taking: Prepare accurate minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Procedures: Develop and maintain efficient office routines and procedures.
- Scheduling and Communication: Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and information as required.
- Inventory and Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Greeting and Directing: Welcome visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or services.
- Filing and Records: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents.
