About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings and seminars.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
