Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Scottish Inn & Suites. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Operations Management: Assist with the management of our daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing training and development strategies, and supervising other workers.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining and managing our digital database.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
