Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Advance Inn. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, respond to phone calls, and relay messages to team members.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We require our Administrative Assistant to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
