Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Howard Johnson Express Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, preparing minutes and reports as required.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Schedule appointments, answer telephone calls, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
