Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and overseeing office administrative procedures.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position with 30 to 35 hours of work per week.
  • The successful candidate will have English as their primary language.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement new administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Establish clear work priorities and ensure that deadlines are met by coordinating with team members.
  3. Carry out various administrative tasks and activities within the establishment.
  4. Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures, including monitoring and evaluating processes.
Requirements
  • Candidates should hold a college or CEGEP diploma.
  • A minimum of one year to less than two years of relevant experience in an administrative role is required.
