Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the University of Toronto's Temerty Faculty of Medicine. As a key member of our department, you will provide administrative support to our faculty members, staff, and students.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our faculty members, staff, and students, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  • Assist with planning and executing large-scale projects and initiatives
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and deadlines
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a college diploma or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of two years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
