Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail store operations, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for sports and fashion, and a proven track record of leadership and sales success, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage store associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store associates to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a sports or fashion-related industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
