Assistant Store Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Hill Park Royal. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment
