Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at Michael Hill Park Royal, you will be responsible for helping our customers mark life's most special moments. You will oversee store operations, manage sales teams, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver results in a highly driven sales environment with a strong understanding of KPIs
  • Oversee store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  • Coach and develop sales teams to improve performance and create a supportive culture
  • Maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Support the visions and goals of the business
