Assistant Store Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Hill Park Royal. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and excellence

Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the store manager and other team members to achieve business objectives
