Assistant Store Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Hill Park Royal. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture
