Executive Vice President of Business Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Vice President of Business Operations to join our team at Western Forest Products. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our business operations and drive growth.
About the RoleIn this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale projects. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Oversee all aspects of business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the forestry or wood products industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Able to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
