About the Role

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to middle managers and directors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
    • Develop and implement human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a business operations or financial management capacity.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
