Strategic Vice President

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College seeks a highly skilled Strategic Vice President - Financial, Communications and Business Services to lead our organization's financial, communications, and business services departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize and organize major departments, and establish financial and administrative controls.
- Communications: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, delegate representatives, and formulate or approve promotional campaigns.
- Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Supervision and Work Environment
Supervise a team of more than 20 people in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
Personal Suitability
- Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Judgement and organized approach.
Requirements
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position and 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
Language of Work: English.
