Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate case plans and determine priorities to bring children home
- Connect families to internal and external resources to improve mental health and wellness
- Advocate for meaningful contact between parents/caregivers and children
- Maintain up-to-date records of client files in the database
- Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Arts Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in the Manitoba Child and Family Services system
- First Nations Doula Training
- Knowledge of First Nation issues related to child welfare and health services
- Fluency in the First Nation language is an asset
- A competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
