We are seeking an experienced IT Application Support Manager to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. As a key member of our Technology and Operations division, you will be responsible for leading the support team that manages a portfolio of 10 AML applications built on various platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution paths. You will also possess experience in driving continuous improvement within processes, building relationships with stakeholders, and leading teams to achieve overall success.

In this role, you will work closely with other Production Analysts/Leads, Development Leads, and Application/Infrastructure teams to ensure minimum to no application service disruptions occur. You will also investigate and support production problems, ensuring ongoing status communications to identified stakeholders, and drive to issue resolution.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of main industry databases, SQL environments, and SQL Query experience. Knowledge of Service Now, Application development & testing, and Application Support is also beneficial. ITIL knowledge/certification and experience with monitoring and logging technologies such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Splunk, etc., would be an asset.

We offer a salary range of CAD $100,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience, location, and performance.
