Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AML Senior Manager to join our team, responsible for leading the production support team that manages a portfolio of AML applications built on various platforms. The successful candidate will ensure service level agreements are met, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with experience in managing large-scale applications and teams. Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the production support team to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize application downtime.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of driving process improvements and reducing operational risk.
  • Experience in managing large-scale applications and teams, with a strong understanding of IT operations and service management.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
