Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pita Pit. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure. They will also be required to relocate for this position.
