Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pita Pit. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs
  • Supervise and train staff on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures
  • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to drive sales growth
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers
  • Manage events and promotions, including planning and executing special events and marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales growth, and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and point of sale systems
