About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pita Pit. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure that food safety and quality standards are being met.
  • Inventory and Cost Control
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
    • Conduct regular cost analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
