About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including banking industry service specialists and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, capture, and translate complex business issues for clients, leveraging your operational and technical skills.
  • Design, build, develop, and optimize comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational requirements.
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a diverse team of professionals, bringing your skills and expertise to the table.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and the banking industry.
  • Contribute to proposals and demonstrations in response to potential customer requests.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance, Public Administration, or Data Sciences.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or banking services.
  • Experience in planning and tracking projects, comfortable working with executive stakeholders, and superior communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive spirit.
  • Sense of responsibility in the execution of work, motivation to achieve full potential, and understanding of the importance of human relations.
  • Open to learning and discovering new sectors and business functions.
Language Requirements

Fluency in written and spoken French is essential. Knowledge of English is also required, as it involves interpreting standards, guidelines, laws, and regulations in both languages.
