Senior Consultant, Banking and Capital Markets Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including banking industry service specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, capture, and translate complex business issues for our clients, leveraging your operational and technical skills.
- Design, build, develop, and optimize comprehensive business solutions that precisely align with organizational requirements.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
- Contribute to a diverse team of professionals, bringing your expertise and experience to drive business growth and success.
- Gain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and the banking industry, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Contribute to proposals and demonstrations in response to potential customer requests, showcasing your skills and expertise.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Management/Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance, Public Administration, or Data Sciences.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or banking services, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience in planning and tracking projects, comfortable working with executive stakeholders and possessing superior communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to address client requirements clearly and articulately.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating a collaborative and supportive spirit.
- Sense of responsibility in the execution of your work, motivation to achieve your full potential, and understanding of the importance of human relations (clients, future clients, their communities, and the global firm).
- Open to learning and discovering new sectors and business functions.
