Banking and Capital Markets Consultant

KPMG is seeking a driven Senior Consultant to join our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory Practice in Montreal.
In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping financial institutions optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. You'll have the opportunity to work with leading clients across various sectors, tackling complex business challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze intricate business issues faced by our clients within the banking and capital markets industry.
- Develop innovative and tailored business solutions that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across diverse teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the financial sector.
- Contribute to proposal development and client presentations, showcasing KPMG's expertise and value proposition.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting or within the banking sector.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
- Fluency in both French and English.
