About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Banking Professional to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our Corporate & Investment Banking division, you will play a critical role in managing our global business relationships with large multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the growth of a selective portfolio of Large Cap Corporate accounts
  • Develop and implement yearly budgets, periodic income forecasts, and income correction campaigns
  • Prepare Pre-Screening / Support Memos, including business cases and client profitability analysis
  • Conduct profitability analysis (advanced Excel modeling) for prospective transactions
  • Perform special sector studies as needed
  • Gather Corporate Finance data on individual clients or industrial sectors
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (2-4 live deals or projects at once)
Requirements
  • Strong Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance skillset
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
  • 6-8 years of prior work experience in investment banking, corporate banking, corporate finance, transaction services, asset management, or consulting
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Proficient in computer-based research tools (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters)
  • Knowledge of bank products (can be learned over time)
  • Fluency in French and English
