About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner, Human Resources to join our team at CMHC. As a key member of our People and Culture Team, you will provide expert guidance and support to employees and people leaders in all aspects of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to employees and people leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and improve employee outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns, and develop solutions to improve HR processes and procedures.
  4. Provide coaching and training to employees and people leaders on HR-related topics, including performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and develop best practices in HR.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote CMHC's HR initiatives and goals.
Requirements
  1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, people leaders, and stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
