Job Title: Business Services HR Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance management, employee development, and talent management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support the development of a diverse and inclusive culture that promotes belonging and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, ideally in a global high-tech environment.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.
  • Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
