Job Title: Business Services HR Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Services HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR.
  • Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to think conceptually and communicate effectively.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
