Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Canadian team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, providing strategic counsel to leadership, and championing a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership on HR matters
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of HR disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform HR strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
