Senior HR Business Partner

Assent Compliance Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and business stakeholders
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Conduct talent assessments and provide recommendations for talent development and succession planning
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives and strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders
