Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at Industrial Machine Tool Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and ensuring a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
  • Clean and prepare surfaces
  • Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Estimate costs and materials
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying work settings, including commercial and residential sites. The ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages is essential.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
