Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team at Industrial Machine Tool Service Ltd.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in drywall installation.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Exposure to dusty and noisy conditions.
  • Work settings include both commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean surfaces for drywall installation.
  • Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets accurately.
  • Apply multiple coats of joint compound and sand seams and joints for a smooth finish.
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks using appropriate tools.
  • Secure drywall sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Utilize taping machines to tape over joints and embed tape in compound.
  • Estimate materials and costs for projects.
  • Set up and dismantle scaffolding and other working platforms as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 45 kg or 100 lbs).
  • Willingness to work overtime and manage a large workload.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Working Conditions
