Senior Leadership Position in Corporate Functions Compliance

Contributes to the overall success of the Corporate Functions (CF) Compliance Program.
Manages ongoing Compliance activities and strategies in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Supports the development and oversight of the eight pillars of the Corporate Functions (CF) Compliance Program.
- Maintains awareness of risks and controls associated with current and evolving regulatory obligations.
- Collaborates with Corporate Functions and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provides advice and counsel to Corporate Functions on compliance matters.
- Assists in the development, implementation, and sustainment of the Corporate Functions Compliance Program.
Post-Secondary education; preferably a degree/designation in risk management, information technology, or audit.
At least 7 or more years of experience in risk management, information technology/cybersecurity.
- Success in a large complex matrix institution with a global footprint preferably in the areas of Risk Management, IT, Audit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to develop and implement solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing regulatory and business environments.
- Strong time and project management, research, and analytical skillsets.
