National Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior National Account Manager to join our team at Summit Search Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a critical role in expanding our client's market presence in Canada.
About the Role
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. Your key focus areas will include:
- Developing annual sales plans with leadership, including revenue, trade investment, and profit delivery goals.
- Maintaining accurate forecasts and promotional plans to support the annual sales plan.
- Executing annual sales plans with a focus on profitable sales opportunities, revenue management, customer retention, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business opportunities to identify potential revenue streams and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and negotiating deals that benefit both parties.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including finance and supply chain teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in key/national account management or category management, preferably in the consumer goods/food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and performance-based bonuses. We also offer opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and supportive team.
