- Reports to: Director, Commercial Sales
- Job Summary:

- The National Account Executive is a hunter role responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle in critical national new logo opportunities. The incumbent will be responsible for sales growth from new logo accounts, building strong relationships with new customers, identifying sales strategies, selling high within accounts, identifying compelling events, achieving sales objectives and quotas and manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Responsibilities (Percent of Time)
- Portfolio Growth Activities (70%)- Primarily responsible for managing relationships with strategic and national accounts (within assigned accounts) and generating sales within the context of providing solutions.-
- Organizes, coordinates and executes account strategies that lead to increased sales and improved strategic relationships with new logo accounts.-
- Identify key business initiatives that support linkage to our overall value proposition.-
- Daily routine of prospecting to drive.-
- Leverage our technology roadmap to sell high within new logo accounts.-
- Work in a high pace team environment to deliver seamless customer engagement leveraging a consultative approach.- Account Planning & Reporting (20%)- Build Account plan that will deliver significant growth in your defined territory.-
- Research individual and corporate plans to provide linkages to our Brink’s value proposition.-
- Create value propositions that are customer for each individual and new logo account.-
- Lead outlook process in your territory that provides accuracy to the business you will sign.- CRM Tool Management (10%)- Responsible for updating all the information which is pertinent to the customer pursuit, into Salesforce.-

**Qualifications**:

- A successful track record of hunting large national new logo business.- Track record of overachieving sales targets.- Ability to hunt new business through developing a strategic approach to your territory.- Must be able to present multiple, integrated product/service solutions at various mid and high executive levels within large retail organizations.- Knowledge of the decision-making process and workflow of financial institutions and/or retail organizations is needed.- Demonstrates outstanding communication and presentation skills and possesses the ability to articulate competitive differentiation.- Bachelor degree required, preferably B.Com or equivalent combination of experience and training.- A thorough understanding of sales and marketing with an emphasis on providing solutions is expected.- Three or more years’ experience with national customers preferred.- Must have willingness to travel.- Incumbent must take a consultative approach when dealing with clients.
