District Sales Manager

ROCKWOOL is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in Western Canada. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region, cultivating relationships with customers and stakeholders, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable growth within the assigned sales region
- Assume full responsibility for sales volume, revenue, and margin targets in the region
- Cultivate relationships with colleagues, customers, and key stakeholders
- Lead project tracking with the Specification Manager and execute a pull-through strategy
- Conduct strategic account planning sessions with key customers
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving goals and review quarterly
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Provide analytics to effectively drive growth and for internal reporting needs
- Make full use of all digital tools, including CRM tracking 100% of activity
- Facilitate customer meetings with the Regional Sales Manager
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of success in building materials sales roles
- Knowledge of commercial and residential building technology or construction
- Knowledge of the insulation market and good negotiating skills
- Good territory management skills
- High drive, commitment, energy, and integrity
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Technical/business education preferably to university level
- Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and CRM software
- Good organizational and analytical skills

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
