The Opportunity:

Toromont Cat is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As the key point of contact between our business and customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively call and maintain relationships with new and current customers to drive sales leads and growth
  • Effectively track all sales calls and customer information to understand requirements for recommendations and/or solutions
  • Leverage sales tools and marketing information to provide a superior customer experience when preparing and providing quotes
  • Ensure successful KPIs against call reports, territory, and target account plans, and marketing programs delivery

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a sales/marketing-related program
  • Working experience of 1-3 years; sales experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships
  • Passion to grow a sales career within a world-class industrial equipment dealership
