Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our SAP Intelligent Spend organization in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling SAP Ariba & Fieldglass Spend Management Cloud software, solutions and related services to mid-size customers in the GB region.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take their sales career to the next level. As a Senior General Business Sales Executive, you will be accountable for prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software/service revenue for new SAP Ariba and Fieldglass GB Customers.
You will work closely with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts to build strategic relationships and develop customized account plans. Your technical and marketing knowledge of the SAP Ariba Spend Management product line will be essential in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Sell SAP Ariba & Fieldglass Spend Management Cloud software, solutions and related services to prospective GB mid-size customers
- Prospect, qualify, sell and close software/service revenue for new SAP Ariba and Fieldglass GB Customers
- Build relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire SAP Ariba Spend Management product line
- Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 or more years of successful mid-market sales experience along with a strong history of quota attainment
- Proven track record in business applications software sales across industries
- Past software sales experience in areas including Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing/Contracts, Finance/AP, Services Procurement or ERP
