Job Title: Assistant Cashier Department Head
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Cashier Department Head to join our team at T&T Supermarket Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling and inventory, and supporting the department head in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage cash handling and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Support the department head in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve store objectives and promote a positive and inclusive work environment
**Requirements:**
* 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
