About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at KR Roofing & Exteriors Inc. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures

Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

Staffing Requirements

Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to support the growth and success of our company.

Employee Support

Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counseling, to support the well-being of our staff.

Recruitment and Hiring

Prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

Job Offers and Notifications

Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.

Staff Management

Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and success of our company.

Work Environment

Our company offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Requirements
  • Education

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

Experience working in a construction company or a similar industry.
