About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at KR Roofing & Exteriors Inc. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures

Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

Staffing Requirements

Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to support the growth and success of our company.

Employee Support

Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counseling, to support the well-being of our staff.

Recruitment and Hiring

Prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ensure that all staff members are aware of and meet the physical demands of their roles, including tight deadlines and attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Recruit and hire staff who possess excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Education

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on human resources, recruitment, and employee relations.
