Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our real estate team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, records, and minutes of meetings and court sessions.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Prepare and key in correspondence, legal documents, and other materials as required.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Technology and Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel, with ability to learn new software and systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Real estate company.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, MS Excel.
  • Area of Work Experience: Real estate.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication.
