Account Executive

At Transforce Beltal inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Process quotes and follow up on sales leads to close deals
- Provide quality customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and files
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- College diploma in administration and/or mechanical engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales and customer service
- Knowledge of industrial mechanics and conveyor belts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
